#MEETTEAMCE – CHEF POP, Chef Tournant of Thai division

Meet Chef Pop, our Chef Tournant of Thai Division, including Siam Kitchen, Bangkok Jam, and Suki-Suki Thai. With a strong passion for Thai cuisine, Pop has been with us for the past 12 years since 2010. As his first professional foray in Singapore, Chef Pop has transformed his overseas stint into a lifelong career and we are very thankful that Chef Pop has continued to to contribute towards shaping Thai cuisine locally!

Chef Pop loves to share his joy and happiness through his craft, the recipes that he loves developing and gets his personal sense of satisfaction whenever customers finish their food was great satisfaction and delight. An intimate ambition that he shares with us - he sincerely hopes that Siam Kitchen and Suki-Suki Thai can continue to expand and open more outlets in Singapore, so that more people can have a chance to come and try our food. 

Chef Pop’s daily motivation is his sense of ownership and responsibility for the Thai division at Creative Eateries. Endowed with the freedom to curate and innovate the Thai division’s menu, he takes on that challenge by pushing out new ideas all the time while keeping his culinary skills sharp and focused. If you are looking for Chef Pop’s special, do try his Phad Thai at Siam Kitchen, and his favourite drink, Thai Milk Tea, which is an all-time crowd favourite. 

Not surprisingly, Pop enjoys spending his free time exploring food scenes in Singapore. It is a form of relaxation for him. Please say “Hi” if you see him on the road!
